Leo studied A Level Drama Package at the College in 1996-98.
He went on to train at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) and graduated in 2001. Leo has appeared in The Hothouse, The Reporter and The Observer at the National Theatre. He has also appeared in the Beautiful Thing

Previous films have included: Me and Orson Welles, Alice in Wonderland, Becoming Jane, The Living and the Dead, These Foolish Things, The Fall, Vera Drake, LD50, Two Men Went to War, 28 Days Later, All or Nothing and Gosford Park. He was awarded the Austin Texas Film Festival Best Actor Award in 2006.
Leo appeared as Hamish Ascot in Alice in Wonderland, a fantasy-adventure film directed by Tim Burton. The film was released through Walt Disney Pictures in Disney Digital 3-D and IMAX 3-D, as well as in regular theatres.
