Fiona Robson

Fiona Robson works with SBS on a regular basis delivering workshops on a variety of topics mostly aimed at new team leaders and first line managers. Her sessions are very interactive, fun and relaxed. She specialises in subjects that are based on the interactions between individuals. Topics such as customer care, coaching skills for managers and team leaders and handling conflict. Fiona also likes to take a brain-friendly approach to learning so her workshops are colourful with lots of imagery, sounds and activities.

Fiona has been working in the world of learning and development for over 10 years. She began her training career whilst working at NFU Mutual, where she ran a small team of trainers responsible for the development of new insurance clerks. Over time, Fiona became involved in training a variety of subjects and now focuses mainly on soft skills and people skills.

As well as running workshops for SBS, Fiona also works as an External Verifier for the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM). This role allows her to keep up with developments in management methodology and changes to accredited management qualifications. She also works on an individual basis as a business coach, enabling people to improve their performance and results.
