Entry to Employment (E2E)
Suitable for those who are unsure of what career to choose.
The programme allows you to sample careers with a range of employers so that you can find the one that best suits your abilities and needs. E2E is also designed to help you to develop your motivation and confidence, personal effectiveness and basic/key skills.
What does E2E involve?

In-house training sessions e.g. Employment Responsibilities and Rights, Web Design, Money Management

We will help you to identify your learning styles, aptitudes and interests

We will help you with your CV writing, filling-in application forms and interview skills
Who are they for?

All young people aged 16-18 who are not participating in any form of post-16 learning
