Music, dance and musical theatre students from Stratford-upon-Avon College will perform alongside students from Langley Specialist College for Arts and Languages, Solihull Sixth Form College, Solihull Music Service and Langley and Oak Cottage Primary Schools to produce a concert which they hope will inspire another generation of talented young people to get immersed in music and to discover and develop their performance skills.
Aged between 10 and 18 years, the students will be performing across a range of disciplines. The audience will be entertained by the college’s students with dance and music performances from shows such as Les Miserables, the Tom Waits Tribute Show and many more!
The aim of this concert is to provide young people from across the region with information about how to access the performing arts as well as to highlight the journey that they could make to progress from novice musician or performer to entertaining hundreds or possibly thousands live on stage!
The concert takes place at Birmingham Town Hall on Thursday 2nd July at 7pm.
