If you are not yet certain, enter the courses in which you may be interested. This will not commit you to a course but it will ensure that you are invited to the college to talk to a member of staff about the choices and opportunities available to you.

What happens when I send in my application form?
When we receive your application we will send you an acknowledgement letter as soon as possible.
What happens after that?
You will be invited to visit the college for an interview. At this time you will have the opportunity to meet staff and students, talk about your chosen course and view the college facilities. A reference will be requested from your last school or college and/or your referee.
How will I know if my application has been successful?
After your interview we will write to you, usually within five working days. Most students receive a CONDITIONAL OFFER and these conditions are generally;
i) Reaching the required entry requirements for the course
ii) Having a satisfactory reference
What happens next?
In July we will send you information explaining what you need to do when you receive your examination results and joining instructions for the start of term. This will include advice on what to do if you don’t get the grades that we have asked for; what to do if you have changed your mind about the course you want to study and so on.
You will also be given the telephone extension number of staff in Learner Services - Admissions who will be in college over the whole summer holiday period and they will be able to help you. If you are unsure about anything or need further help - just telephone us or drop in - we’re here to help.
What happens if I change my mind?
If at any time you wish to change your choice of course contact Admissions by letter or telephone. You will not need to complete another application form; we will amend the one we have on file.
