Money Matters
What do I pay?
There is no tuition fee for full-time European Union Further Education students (aged 16-18) studying on courses funded courses (this applies to nearly all of our Further Education courses.) You will have to pay a £25 resources deposit which is returnable at the end of the course on completion of leaver documentation and the return of any books and other materials lent by the College.
Students aged 19 and over may also qualify for remission of their tuition fees. This will require evidence of financial status. Students on ‘full-cost’ courses are required to fund the full cost of the course, although some local authorities may offer limited financial support.
For students resident overseas (not EU), the tuition fees are approximately £5,500 per year for Further Education courses. Overseas residents should refer to the Admissions team in cases where they feel they may not comply with the appropriate residency requirements. These are the current fees for 2010/11.
The fees for 2011/12 will be listed on this website and on application to the college, when available.
