Here is a list of the Support and Assistance that Computing Services offer. 

  • General computing advice
  • Classroom computer systems        
  • Staff PCs and the College network       
  • Wireless access       
  • Commonly used applications software (e.g. Microsoft Office, Outlook and Webmail, Internet Explorer)                          
  • Some specialist applications        
  • Password problems and queries           
  • Computing account problems and queries        
  • Electronic information resources available over the network (e.g. E-Library authenticated information services over the internet)         
  • Audio/Visual equipment – Interactive white boards, projectors etc.       
  • Staff short term loan laptops and projectors           
  • Bookable 1-2-1 sessions in liaison with staff development (available at mutually convenient times).           
  • Local/Network printer and print credits            
  • Data recovery           
  • Network Connection problems               
  • Software/Hardware installation requests.
