This qualification would be suitable for anyone that is volunteering or working or wishing to work in a role that supports pupils learning. Which type of job roles can you apply for on completion?

What will I study?

This quali?cation will enable learners to develop the knowledge and skills needed when supporting teaching and learning in primary, secondary or special schools. It covers a wide range of areas including children and young people

How will this course be delivered?

To achieve this qualification, you will attend College once a week for 20 weeks (term time only) where you will complete the knowledge part of the qualification completing CACHE tasks. An Assessor with occupational competence will then observe you in the workplace to ensure your competence using a range of different methods to build a portfolio of evidence.

What qualifications will I get?

CACHE Level 2 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools.

How will I be assessed?

To gain these qualification learners will need to achieve 30 credits with 24 credits from the mandatory units. An Assessor with occupational competence will observe you in the workplace to ensure your competence using a range of different methods to build a portfolio of evidence.
