If you have a passion for catering and hospitality, there is no better place to study than at SUAC.
This course will equip you with practical catering skills to enable you to pursue a career in the hotel and catering industry. You will have the opportunity to gain work experience in the College restaurants.
The course is delivered through three practical classes: a theory class to support gained knowledge, tutorial sessions and English and Maths sessions suited to the individual.

When you apply, our expert staff will assess your knowledge and ability and ensure that you are offered a place on a course and level that is right for you, from Level 1 to Level 3.
2 GCSEs at grade D / grade 3 or above including English Language.
You are encouraged to gain extra first-hand knowledge of your craft by taking a part-time job outside College hours.
