Classical ballet is steeped in traditions of elegance, grace and musicality, but is also excellent for improving core strength, flexibility, balance, posture, alignment and stamina. Come along and work on your technique, or simply lose yourself in the style and music.
Classes start with barre work: strengthening exercises using the ballet barre for support. We then move into the centre to improve balance and stability balance whilst also developing performance skills. Exercises are built up gently over the weeks.
