Where will this course lead?

This course will develop your understanding and knowledge to be able to work a competently within the sector, which can also be implemented across many roles such as receptionist, data input and administrator.

What will I study?

This course is split into manageable sections. These are:
• Principles of personal responsibilities and working in a business environment
• Principles of providing administrative services
• Principles of managing information and producing documents
• Principles of supporting change in a business environment

How will this course be delivered?

This is delivered via distance learning.

What qualifications will I get?

Level 2 Certificate in Business and Administration Knowledge.

How will I be assessed?

Assessments will be marked by an allocated tutor who will provide you with detailed feedback. You will be assessed against criteria where all learning outcomes of the course have to be covered; your tutor will give you guidance for this.
