Where will this course lead?

If you already work within the Health and Social Care industry or intending to work in adult health and social care you may be interested in doing this qualification. This will enable you to understand the effects on individuals. Our Level 2 Certificate in Common Health Conditions aims to provide you with specific knowledge and an understanding of Common Health Conditions.

What will I study?

This course covers the following modules:
Module A
• Unit 1: Arthritis Awareness
• Unit 2: Stroke Awareness
Module B
• Unit 3: Dementia Awareness
• Unit 4: Parkinson's Disease Awareness
Module C
• Unit 5: Sensory loss Awareness
• Unit 6: Understand how to contribute to monitoring the health of individuals affected by health conditions

How will this course be delivered?

This is delivered via distance learning

What qualifications will I get?

Level 2 Certificate in Common Health Conditions.

How will I be assessed?

Assessments will be marked by an allocated tutor who will provide you with detailed feedback. You will be assessed against criteria where all learning outcomes of the course have to be covered; your tutor will give you guidance for this.

 Due to funding eligibility, all candidates must be a minimum of 19 years old and have lived in the UK for 3+ years.

This course is currently free to all learners. However, non-completers may be charged a fee of £100.
