College launches T-Level in Health

11th February 2026

Stratford-upon-Avon College is excited to launch a new T-Level course in Health; giving more students the opportunity to develop their education practically and supported by an employer.

In addition to the College’s T-Level in Early Years & Education, which has seen great success from students, the College has now opened applications for the T-Level in Health for September 2026.

Equivalent to 3 A-Levels, a single T-Level combines classroom learning and ‘on-the-job’ experience, featuring an industry placement of at least nine weeks.

T-Levels are designed with leading employers to give students the knowledge and skills needed to progress into work, university or an apprenticeship.

The College’s T-Level students achieved a remarkable 100% pass rate in Early Years & Education last year and the College is keen to give students more opportunities for high level achievement in other subject areas.

Vice Principal, Linda McLaughlin, comments: “We are really excited to be expanding our T-Level offer at Stratford with the introduction of the Health pathway. T-Levels provide students with a high quality, industry focused route that combines classroom learning with meaningful work placements, helping them develop the skills employers are looking for. Building on the success of our Early Years & Education T-Level, which achieved a 100% pass rate last year, these new programmes will give even more students the opportunity to progress into skilled employment, apprenticeships or higher education with confidence.”
