At the College I have responsibility for the operational running and development of the College’s Management Information Systems and IT Department ensuring, promoting and providing an accurate, high-quality, efficient and effective service for all stakeholders. This includes ensuring statutory funding returns are submitted accurately, timely and accurate data is available for managers to make decisions, and the IT service is robust, accessible and helps to enhance teaching and learning.

Mark Lewis

Director of Marketing & Student Services

In my role as Director of Student Services and Marketing I provide leadership and vision to the Marketing and Student Services Departments, contributing to college strategic objectives, delivering outstanding customer service, achieving great results and ensuring success for our students. I work closely with colleagues across college to raise the College’s profile and reputation and maintain collaborative partnerships for the college, it’s students and stakeholders. The Marketing Department is responsible for developing and delivering communications, sales and promotional activities, both internally and externally. Our Student Services ethos is ‘putting students first’ by creating support strategies for all students to achieve positive outcomes and progression destinations through high quality support and guidance. My passion is to help ensure a positive student experience and that the learning, development and welfare of all our students is at the heart of college strategy.

As Director of Curriculum I work with my team of Heads of Department to ensure that the provision we offer at all levels is high quality, relevant, engaging and responsive to the needs of all concerned. As a practicing musician whose first steps in training were through vocational courses in FE I am passionate about how our college can help all of our students make an impact in society.

Kirsty Woolls

Director of Human Resources

In my role as the Director of Human Resources I am responsible for ensuring the operational effectiveness of the HR Department and for providing strategically aligned support to Senior Managers. I develop, implement, monitor and evaluate the College’s HR and Payroll strategy and identify targets and objectives for annual improvement and to ensure the delivery of a high quality service. I produce, maintain and update all HR Policies and Procedures and develop and manage the recruitment, induction, probation, mentoring and appraisal systems. I have a team of 4 HR and Payroll professionals that I manage and provide advice, guidance, support and leadership to whilst ensuring their continuing professional training and development.
