Director of Human Resources
In my role as the Director of Human Resources I am responsible for ensuring the operational effectiveness of the HR Department and for providing strategically aligned support to Senior Managers. I develop, implement, monitor and evaluate the College’s HR and Payroll strategy and identify targets and objectives for annual improvement and to ensure the delivery of a high quality service. I produce, maintain and update all HR Policies and Procedures and develop and manage the recruitment, induction, probation, mentoring and appraisal systems. I have a team of 4 HR and Payroll professionals that I manage and provide advice, guidance, support and leadership to whilst ensuring their continuing professional training and development.
